At Llanerch y Felin Kevin worked with the owners to create a unified appearance, sympathetic to the historic nature of the property and to the requirements of the local and national park authorities. The windows were based on the oldest existing design to be found in the house. When the owners converted an adjoining outhouse and extended at the back they turned to Kevin again to help fuse the different parts of the property together.
